Refund policy

While we're confident you'll be happy with your purchase, we understand that occasionally, things may not go as expected.

Please email us at admin@lanterna.net.au with information and images detailing the issue and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned with 14 days from receipt. 

To process a return, please email us at admin@lanterna.net.au. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days. 

Exchanges

We will replace items including shipping cost, if defective or damaged.
