Our parents were Croatian immigrants and having visited this astonishingly beautiful country with its good-natured people, what struck us was the honoured tradition of regularly visiting loved ones who have gone before us.  

Flowers are laid and lanterns are lit as a sign of remembrance, respect and love.

Our cherished parents have now passed and we visit their resting place with our own children.
